What Web Browser Are You Using On Linux Desktop?

What Web Browser Are You Using On Linux Desktop?  My distro came with Mozilla FireFox.  It seems OK, but I am not a big fan of FireFox.  I heard Opera is nice but haven\'t tried it yet.

Firefox has been coming on strong of late but I still prefer Opera over Firefox any day of the week... call me old fashioned.

I use FireFox now on all Linux machines.  The last time I used Mozilla FireFox on my Windows machine it was still in Beta and it had some wrinkles still with Java and such.  I see now the versions 1.0+ are being distributed with the newest Linux distros.  This appears to be much more solid than the Beta (hense it being beta) but even back then people were raving about it like sliced bread.

THINGS I LIKE ABOUT FIREFOX:

+ The tabbed browsing RULES.  I like how the right-click gives the choice between \'new window\' and \'new tab\'.  Very slick feature there.

+ Viewing the page source displays color-coded html.

+ Easily manage page certificates.

+ Preference settings are all layed out before you not hidden.

+ Elegant design, not all Skinnish or bloated.

+ The feature \'Load images for original website only\' is a net experiment to save from hotlinking, although I dont actually use it.

+ Button sizes in S, M, L or XL

+ Google search is built in, however Google is developing the Toolbar for use with firefox

With so many great features, will IE be able to keep pace?

This is what I like about FireFox for windows:
-Tabbed browsing
-Built In Pop-up blocker
-Color Coded HTML (view page sources)
-alot more stable than IE
-can be configured to run alot faster than IE (FireTune)

IE 7 is supposed to have tabbed browsing... but I never use IE except for windows update.

I really like the new FF3 buttons... really look nice and keeps the same feel of the old FF... I have not checked to see if it is 100% W3C compliant. If so that would be just icing on the cake \'cause IE8 is STILL in Beta.
