First online eCommerce company
« on: March 23, 2005, 04:35:19 AM »
You know, when Armand Rousso opened or rather launched the first online eCommerce company, many people told him that the medium wouldn’t work. Now he must be thinking why he didn’t patent the processes used by the International Stamp Exchange (the world’s first e-com venture started by him). This proves, beyond doubt, that one must truly listen only to his heart and not get deterred when others doubt his innovative concepts..!! Right?

Putting a patent on such would of been a great idea IMO. It would keep all the weeds from growing and interfering with serious ecom owners. Its to easy and cheap to start an ecom site but hard to make any capitol off of it because of all the other weeds in the bush.
I wouldnt mind paying royalties if I was serious about my ecom adventure.

You are right David, Its better to keep things fresh and clean and have no weeds growing around............and one must do anything to ensure that.

I was really inspired when i read about the exploits of armand rousso. He has been a mega man having made his mark as a visionary and entrepreneur. I salute such personalities because somehow they bring me in touch with the rebel in me who is not happy with things the way they r. I want to create, innovate and have a big life............like him!

Remember that in EVERY industry there is a millionaire out there. This is no exception except for the fact that there are many many that have made a lot of money of ecom. As far as it being hard work... anything that is worth anything is hard work otherwise everyone would be doing it.
