Panasonic PV GS-35 digital camcorder. Although a "low-end" camcorder with single CCD, I have found it to be quite handy so far, and the ability to take pictures on the fly while taping is cool.

Also, being able to upload digital to digital is cool.

I got a magnetic dart board, a Dockers wallet and grooming kit, decorative soaps that look like snowmen *|:^)(.)(...) , and a free day of skiing at Keystone!  No big gifts since we just moved and are remodeling and furnishing our place :^o AND had to go to CO to visit family (on the wife\'s side).

Got Pinnacle Studio 10, and a nice check towards a new PC. My extended family just exchanges cash and gift cards now instead of presents, which I guess is ok, but I sortof preferred presents.

Nothing says "I Love You" better than a check to go and get what you REALLY wanted in the first place.

I agree with you.  I thought that putting on the fake and allbeit inebriation-induced smile (thanks to eggnog, spiced cider, or cheap \'guest beer\' from the host residence) and saying things like, "Thank you very much for this wonderful fruitcake." or "This sausage and cheese package is exactly what I need." was all a part of the Christmas experience!

hahaha. Thankfully I\'ve never had the pleasure of getting a fruitcake or sausage and cheese package. I usually get sweaters that are too small.

Nothing like putting down a piece of Aunt Edna\'s fruitcake with a can of Milwaukee\'s Best or a glass of wine-out-of-a-box.

Man i definately GOT more than I gave, I kinda feel like a jerk -- but it is undue.  I mean, I DID have to travel across the country to be with the wife\'s family!  (Now I am broke :( )
