Where can you get a C++ programming reference

I need a good FREE programming reference for C++, does anyone know where to get one?  I found some incomplete references on Google search, but no good ones.

I don\'t know what your definition of a \'reference\' is or what you want to do with C++ or what your knowledge of the language is.

With all that being said, the best reference I know of (online) is
http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/
