Sendmail: warning: trouble with #xxxxxx: file does not exist
« on: December 23, 2006, 03:47:48 PM »
I have RHEL with Plesk and Qmail.  I had to do some spam deleting manually from the mail queue the other day.  Ever since then, the Qmail is flippin out continually giving a message like:

warning: trouble with #6508885: file does not exist

There are many of these with different ID numbers since they were deleted by me.  You would figure since that since Qmail is aware that these specific message ids are non-existant it would give up trying to deliver them, but no.  It is going to keep trying forever it appears.

How can I fix this?
